Canada Credit Fix stepped into the ring for me when CBE goofed up, and sent my “already paid” fees in for collection in error. The collection agency failed to contact me and filed the error on my credit report. Credit Reporter both reported this wrong information on my credit report, and as a result of this mistake my credit limit was drastically reduced on my American Express Card. Errors like this cost me money and hurt the Canadian Consumer that is simply trying to do their regular business.
Canada Credit Fix was able to get both the CBE and the Collection Agency to agree to the immediate removal in less than 1 week, and my credit score is back to over 700+ where it belongs.
